BR Gallery is proud to be featured in the official Collect 2023 fair guide, with the artists' work featured on three pages of the guide booklet.

Each guest will receive the booklet. Collect has selected three representative works from all exhibitors and artists for the cover of the booklet.

BR Gallery has devised a development strategy that aims to stimulate the international development of domestic contemporary metal art by introducing 12 excellent contemporary artists from China to major international craft fairs, and in turn, draw up on the international market system to positively influence the domestic collecting environment.

About Collect

Collect showcases exceptional work made in the last five years by living artists and designers allowing each gallery to curate their own display and commission new pieces or bodies of work, especially for the fair.


Works span many craft disciplines including ceramics, glass, lacquer, art jewellery, precious metalwork, textiles and fibre, wood and paper to works using non-traditional materials including resin and bone.


The fair’s aim is to introduce and cultivate purchasing audiences to develop and grow the financial and intellectual value of craft at this level. Organised by the Crafts Council, Collect is well-regarded for its credibility, sector authority and leadership with a warm-hearted openness and shared experience that the Crafts Council prides itself in delivering.


The fair provides art consultants, interiors specialists, collectors, museum curators, design practitioners and wider enthusiasts with an unrivalled opportunity to discover and invest in contemporary craft that will surprise, delight and endure.


Introduction of Collect 2023 Expo 

Exhibitors include some of the world’s most exceptional gallerists, dealers and collectives representing contemporary craft and design. They nurture and work closely with outstanding artists to bring new, stimulating and always breath-taking artworks for you to discover and acquire.

New exhibitors include Galerie REVEL from France,Traver Gallery from the USA, BR Gallery from China, Siat Gallery from South Korea and 1882Ltd. and The New Craftsmen from the UK. Theyare joined by returning galleries including BullseyeProjects from the USA, Galerie Marzee from theNetherlands, Lloyd Choi Gallery from South Koreaalong with Charles Burnand Gallery, Cavaliero Finn,Joanna Bird Contemporary Collections and FlowGallery from the UK.

The significance of BR Gallery exhibit in this fair lies in two aspects. In conclusion, of the more significant attributes to this exhibition deserve, two deserve recognition; first is an intention to invite a discussion on the creative approach and characteristics of the medium from the perspective of the metal-based arts, and secondly is our commitment to place metal-based arts from China on the world stage, and helping to get its voice heard. It is hoped that this text will be an aid to the viewer and help towards understanding the exhibition.
